Hirers may take possession from 3.00pm on the day of commencement and must vacate by 10.00am on the final day.

The accommodation must be kept and left in a respectable and tidy state.

Hirers are responsible for breakages and damage.

A deposit of £100 is to accompany the Booking Form.

A Damage Deposit of £50 is added to the final payment, repayable after satisfactory inspection of flat and keys returned.

Upon payment of the deposit and subject to the acceptance of the booking the hirer becomes liable for the balance of the rent for the period of the letting to be received not less than 28 days before the commencement of the letting.

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing and received prior to the commencement of the letting. The Owners will endeavour to re-let the property for the period concerned or any such part thereof as may prove possible. If such a re-letting can be arranged then we shall refund the deposit and the balance of the rent (if paid) less any costs incurred in re-letting.

The property is let on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no rights to remain in the accommodation exist in the hirer or any person accompanying him or her on holiday. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons (4) occupy the property except by prior agreement with the owners in writing.

The booking is made on the understanding that the holiday home will be placed at your disposal on the dates stated. If this should not be possible through circumstances beyond the owners control (e.g. damage, fire, theft, etc.) the owners cannot guarantee to provide an alternative holiday home, in which case the Booking deposit and hire charge, if paid, will be returned in full, but you will have no claim against the owners.

All tenants and guests are responsible for their personal property. The owners accept no liability for any injury sustained, loss or damage to any person or property brought into the premises however caused.

Electricity / Gas is included in the hire charge.

Bed linen is supplied, and changed for 2 week stays – towels are not provided.

Car parking is not allowed behind the Flat except to load and unload. It is suggested that visitors buy a weekly ticket and park in one of the Public Car Parks.

We regret that pets are not accepted.
No Smoking is allowed within the Flat.
